Privacy Policy

1. Operator and law

Data operator: [operator details: full name or sole trader / self-employed name, tax ID, postal address]. Contact for data matters: info@pornstoryai.com and the Contacts form. This Policy follows Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 on Personal Data and explains what the service processes, why, for how long and how you can control it. The operator takes legal, organisational and technical protection measures.

2. Principles

We collect only what the service needs. Before your consent we build no profile and send no data to third-party counters. Consent is given by a separate action at registration (a checkbox) with its text published on the Consent page. Strictly necessary technical data (for example an irreversible hash of your IP for abuse protection and limits, guest-session and age-confirmation cookies) is processed to keep the site working and safe and is not used for advertising.

3. Data and purposes

Account: email (or the email of your Google account) or your Telegram user ID (a number; we do not receive your name or phone), a password hash, language, dates of registration, sign-in, age confirmation and consent. Service use: your messages and requests, created texts, images and audio, facts the character remembers that you told them, settings of characters you created, GEM balance and history. Payments: method, amount, status and provider payment ID; we never receive or store card data. Technical: IP hash, browser and device type, session data, error and security logs. Contact form: name, email, message. Notifications: if you enable reminders, a browser subscription ID or your bot ID.

Purposes: providing the service and performing the contract, GEM accounting, taking payments, fraud and abuse protection, moderation, answering requests, legal compliance and improving the site with anonymised data.

4. Grounds, actions and retention

Grounds: your consent, performance of the contract, and legal obligations. Actions: collection, recording, organising, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (as described below), blocking, deletion, destruction.

Retention: account and chat data are kept while the account exists and are deleted or anonymised after deletion at your request, except records we must keep by law (payment and accounting records). A login session lasts up to 30 days. Guest results are deleted after a day; the technical guest-session ID is kept up to 7 days. Security logs are kept for a limited time.

5. Where data is stored

The service database and files are hosted on servers located in the Russian Federation. Recording, organising, accumulation, storage, updating and retrieval of personal data of Russian citizens is done using databases located in Russia (Art. 18(5) of Law 152-FZ).

6. Third parties and cross-border transfer

To create text, images and voice we pass the content of your requests to neural-network, speech synthesis and recognition providers, never your email, Telegram ID or payment data. Some providers are outside Russia, so by consenting you agree to cross-border transfer of request content. Do not put data in requests that you do not want sent.

Payments are processed by payment providers and Telegram. Telegram and Google process sign-in under their own rules. With your analytics consent, visit data goes to Yandex Metrica (see Cookie Policy). We do not sell data or pass it on for advertising. Disclosure to authorities happens only as the law requires.

7. Special categories

The service is not meant to process data about race, nationality, political views, religion, health or other special categories (Art. 10 of the law) and we do not ask for it. Do not share such data about yourself or others in chats. If it ended up in a chat, you can wipe the character's memory and request deletion.

8. Security

Passwords are stored only as hashes, sessions use protected cookies, the connection is encrypted, access of staff and contractors is limited and AI requests are moderated. No system is fully secure; in case of a breach we act in the manner and within the terms required by law.

9. Your rights

You may obtain information about processing, demand correction, blocking or deletion, withdraw consent, object to processing and complain to Roskomnadzor or a court. You wipe the character's memory in the chat and delete individual results in the gallery. Deleting your account, chats and other data and withdrawing consent are done on request via the Contacts form or info@pornstoryai.com with your account email; we act within 10 business days. After consent is withdrawn, features that need the data stop; unused GEM is refunded under the Public Offer.

10. Age, cookies, changes

The service is only for 18+; we do not knowingly collect minors' data and delete such accounts. Necessary cookies always work; the analytics counter loads only after your consent in the cookie notice. The current version is always on this page with its date. The “Upload your photo” feature: photo, selfie and face check

To make a video with you in it, you upload your own photo and take a selfie with your camera. We compare the face on the photo and on the selfie with recognition software (age and similarity estimate) to make sure the photo shows you and that you are 21 or older. A numeric face template is built for this. It is used only for this check and is not stored.

Photos and selfies are not kept: they are erased right after the check and the video, and within a few minutes if something fails. The selfie is not stored even while the video is made. We do not use your photos to train neural networks, we do not build face databases and we do not pass face templates on.

A finished Gentle video is kept on our server encrypted for no more than 24 hours and only you can see it; you can delete it earlier. A Hot video is made by the video service Imagine Red (USA, cross-border transfer): your frame and text description have to reach it, it keeps the finished video for no more than 3 days, we only receive a link. For a Gentle video the frame goes to the OpenRouter service and the Grok model (USA). By pressing the create button you give a separate consent to this processing, including sending the frame to these services.

You can withdraw consent: delete the video in the “Upload your photo” section or write to the address in the Contacts section. Only your own photo may be uploaded. Uploading other people's photos, photos of minors and using someone else's face are forbidden; for a violation access to the feature is closed.

Your own character with your face

If you create a character from your own photo and choose “This is my photo”, the photo and a live camera selfie are compared by recognition software (age 21+, one person, face match). The selfie is not stored. The uploaded photo stays with us as the character's portrait until you delete her, and the face from it is used only to make photos in your chat; it is not shown to other people and not used to train neural networks. You confirm that the photo shows you. Other people's photos may not be uploaded: for fictional characters (for example AI images) the face is not transferred to the shots, and the look follows a description of the portrait.
